Furniture That Belongs to Everyone

Zhejiang Xinchang Fine Skill Industry Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock private enterprise. Its predecessor was the Xinchang County Bamboo Weaving Handicraft Factory, founded in 1951; the company completed its restructuring in August 1998 and has built up more than 70 years of bamboo and wood craftsmanship. Since 1958 our bamboo-woven handicrafts have been exported overseas, reaching markets such as Japan, South-East Asia, Europe and the United States.

Today we specialise in the research, development, production and sale of exported bamboo and wood handicrafts, baby beds, home furniture and pet products, and also operate import & export trade, capital investment and commercial property leasing.

The company covers more than 50 mu (about 33,000 m²) in the Meizhu High-Tech Industrial Park, with standardised workshops and modern bamboo and wood processing lines. We produce over 1,000,000 bamboo and wood items a year across more than a thousand product varieties, and are a key bamboo and wood deep-processing enterprise in Shaoxing. We wholly own Xinchang Jiacheng Crafts Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Wojia Food Co., Ltd., and operate the Jiayi Plaza property.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a source manufacturer. Zhejiang Xinchang Fine Skill Industry Co., Ltd. grew out of the Xinchang Bamboo Weaving Factory founded in 1951, and today runs modern bamboo and wood production lines on a 50-acre site in the Meizhu High-Tech Industrial Park.

What is your MOQ?

MOQ varies by model and finish. For standard items we usually start from 100–500 pieces; for custom projects we agree on a workable trial quantity. Tell us your target and we will find a solution.

Can you produce to our own drawings or samples?

Yes. We offer both ODM (our designs, your branding) and OEM (your drawings, specifications and packaging). Our in-house R&D team can also develop an entirely new product with you.

What materials do you use?

We work mainly with solid wood and bamboo, using safe, eco-friendly finishes. Products can meet the testing requirements of Chinese, Japanese and European authorities for your market.

Can you customise size, colour and packaging?

Absolutely. Size, colour, wood species, hardware, logo engraving, cushion fabric and retail packaging are all customisable. We provide free 3D renderings before tooling.

What are the sample and production lead times?

Samples usually take 7–15 days. Mass production typically takes 30–45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and finishing.

1. What is your MOQ?
For stock items, any quantity is available.
For OEM items, pls contact us for further discuss.
2. Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide exiting sample for free.
But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, in 1-3 days will be sent out.
If you want your designs, about 5 days will be ready, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
4. How long is the production lead time?
For stocked colors, its fast delivery, can ship wintin 7days.
If customized OEM order, It takes 15-25 days after received deposit and all packing materials are confirmed.
5. What documents do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in company. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
6. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone card or your sample. So you can just tell us the Pantone number. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7. How do you ship the goods does it take to arrive?
Small order can delivery by express, for big order We usually ship by sea.
8. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% aganist copy of B/L.
For small order, it's 100% payment inadvance through alibaba.
